This place is a hidden Gem! The coffee here is cheap and good, it cost 20 pesos for a medium Americano , the Americano is fresh , they have a modern machine that grounds the coffee, and then makes you your coffee. They place is clean , good stock of materials , and the coffee is from Veracruz.

I was treated extremely poorly by an employee on 02/26 for returning from 2pm I used a product by mistake and she charged quickly, when I challenged it and asked to cancel it or if I could exchange it for another she was extremely rude, saying she wouldn't do it. I asked to call the manager and she said that as it was Sunday he wasn't there and that I should come back the next day, on Monday if I wanted to complain I then asked for her phone number and to give me her name, she refused, she didn't have a badge and so I said that I would then take the product I paid for and she wouldn't let me take it It started to create a situation, the police showed up, I had to explain the situation, I left extremely stressed, it ruined my trip, I've never had to talk to the police in my life She still acted in bad faith, she lied about her story when the police officer showed up, luckily we had witnesses and if necessary she would request the footage. Anyway, I strongly suggest that this employee be reevaluated because she represents a bad image for the GoMart brand, which I have always recommended, but from now on I will not return and I would contraindicate it to anyone who asked me, at least until I knew that this situation was resolved and that valued the customer

The service leaves a lot to be desired, it is not well stocked, but for an emergency it does help you.

Good service, it would improve more if the staff preparing the food always kept their masks on. I remember that when they started preparing food they used gloves but now they don't anymore.

Too bad, the cashiers never want to make refills, deposits or anything, I think they don't know that the main source of profit for these establishments are these transactions.
